The Time to Code hackathon in Ottawa, Canada on July 11th and 12th was a huge success! We had developers from all over the city come and join us to create their first app. We even had a developer who had never touched code before join us to create his first app ever!

Since we announced the Pebble timeline, getting timeline pins about your favorite TV shows has been a much requested use case. Now, with the 12th and final winner of the timeline challenge, you can! With TV Shows, get timeline pins and notifications from up to 25 shows.

At its core, Pebble is personal and customizable: with thousands of apps and watchfaces to choose from, it's likely that no two Pebblers have the same experience. Now, with the 11th winner of the Pebble Timeline Challenge, you have the opportunity to personalize your Pebble even further: add your beloved pictures, and show off your customized, beautiful watchfaces!

Doctors have been telling us this for years: drink 8 glasses of water a day, preferably more. Now, with the 10th winner of the Pebble Timeline Challenge, 8-A-Day, you can have your Pebble remind you instead! Get pinged hourly, and use your timeline to stay healthy and hydrated.

With summer in full swing, we're all itching to get to the beach. Use the 9th winner of the Pebble Timeline Challenge to find the best waves to sail, surf, or ride! Keep track of the local tides with Tideline and make sure your sandcastles are never swept away again.

Pokemon fans are going to love the 8th winner of the Pebble Timeline Challenge, Pokedex Challenge! Have a blast catching the wild Pokemon as they appear in your timeline, and become a champion by completing the Pokedex.

As the summer begins, we're all feeling the urge to relax a bit. With the 7th winner of the Pebble Timeline Challenge, Greeney's Run, you can take a break by playing this colorful, exciting game! Rack up points while traveling through meadows, beaches, and more.

We've recently formed our 21st Meetup group, and are so excited that Pebblers around the world are meeting, sharing ideas, and making awesome happen! Now, with the 6th winner of the Pebble Timeline Challenge, you can keep track of the Pebble Meetup group as well as other local groups. View nearby Meetups and get event specific information such as the location and time: all in one informative timeline pin!

We've all been there at some point: you've just sprinted through the airport, rushed through security, and ended up breathless at your gate just to find out that your flight has been delayed for two hours. Well, with Flights on your wrist, you'll never miss another flight notification again!

The core goal of IFTTT (If This, Then That) is to use the Internet to simplify your life, and there is no better device to help with that goal than your Pebble! Pushbutton, the 4th winner of the Pebble Timeline Challenge, works with any IFTTT Do Button action to help you create shortcuts for your daily life.

With the rise of the Internet of Things (IoT), the number IoT products has increased almost exponentially. Slowly, connections between these devices are also being forged. Leaf, the 3rd winner of the Pebble Timeline Challenge, falls into this latter category: the application allows your Pebble to act as a remote control for your Nest thermostat from anywhere in the world!

On Monday, we announced the first winner of the Timeline Challenge: Battery+. Battery+ was created by Eric Phillips, a Pebble developer who many may know for his watch timer, Timer+. Twitter has been abuzz with compliments for Eric, and needless to say, we agree! Battery+ is a useful, beautifully designed app that gathers data to generate intelligent battery life predictions.

Hackathons are packed with tutorials, tech talks, and demos, and it’s simple for important activities to sometimes slip through the cracks. However, thanks to Hackawatch, Pebblers will never miss an event at a hackathon again! Hackawatch is a Pebble application created at LA Hacks that allows hackathon organizers to push pins to hackers’ timelines to notify them about important events.
