Post an incoming call event.

Parameters

uid	ANCS UID of the incoming call notification.
properties	ANCS properties of the notification.
notif_attributes	Notification attributes; the title holds the caller name or number.

ancs_phone_call_handle_removed()

	)

Post a hide call event, in response to an ANCS removal.

Parameters

uid	ANCS UID of the removed incoming call notification.
ios_9	Whether the notification came from an iOS 9 or later device.
