Read the microcontroller's unique ID.

Parameters

[out]	buf	Buffer receiving the ID.
[in,out]	buf_sz	Size of buf in bytes; set to the ID length on success.

Return values

S_SUCCESS	ID read.
E_OUT_OF_MEMORY	buf is too small.
