Build the configured firmware, or the named CMake targets.

```
pbl build
pbl build sdk
```

The build directory must have been set up with [pbl configure](https://developer.repebble.com/pebbleos/docs/pbl/configure.md) first. The outputs land in it, named after the variant (`normal` or `prf`); see [Build system](https://developer.repebble.com/pebbleos/docs/development/build_system.md) for how the build is put together.
