# Pebble SDK License

The Pebble SDK is built from the [PebbleOS](https://github.com/coredevices/pebbleos) source tree and is distributed under the [Apache License, Version 2.0](https://github.com/coredevices/pebbleos/blob/main/LICENSE). The license permits you to use, modify and redistribute the SDK, including as part of your own tools and apps, under the conditions set out in the license text.

The `pebble` tool is distributed under the [MIT License](https://github.com/coredevices/pebble-tool/blob/main/LICENSE).

The content of this developer site is licensed under the [Apache License, Version 2.0](https://github.com/coredevices/sdk-docs/blob/main/LICENSE) unless a page states otherwise.

Apps you build with the SDK are yours. Distributing them through the Pebble appstore is covered by the [Pebble Developer Distribution Agreement](https://developer.repebble.com/legal/distribution.md) and the [Pebble Developer Program Policies](https://developer.repebble.com/legal/program-policies.md).
